DIFEX Consulting Engineers (operated under ACE Construction, Maintenance & More, LLC) was founded by Gladysh Felix, P.E., a highly accomplished civil engineer and graduate of both the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and is recognized as a leader in her field.

Driven by a passion for technical excellence and a vision to build a family-owned, remote-first engineering firm, Gladysh and her husband established the company to deliver specialized structural, civil, and CAD drafting support. Over the years, our leadership team has collaborated with leading private engineering firms, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and served as academic instructors at prestigious institutions like Lackawanna College and Penn State University.

Today, DIFEX proudly supports structural engineers, civil designers, land surveyors, and real estate developers with solutions ranging from complex finite element analysis to advanced stormwater and drainage design.
